Job Title: Delivery Manager
Work Location: Torrance CA (Hybrid, 2-3 Days work from office)
Salary Range: $110K – $160K per annum + LTIM Benefits
Job Description:
Engagement governance, Program management of all projects being delivered within the portfolio of MFG clients
Proactively manage risks respond to client escalations and troubleshoot delivery or engagement issues in partnership with the onshore and offshore delivery manager to provide effective delivery governance
Build roadmaps and program plans with track project delivery leads Regular reviews of projects and key deliverables to ensure quality and predictability Manage projects with varied engagement pricing and execution models across ADM support
Modernization and transformation initiatives Enhanced customer experience on all existing engagements work closely with Account Managers to manage client relationships across business technology and operations
Provide timely and accurate progress updates on delivery and business opportunities to senior management
Organize mindshare workshops with the clients and practice units for potential new opportunities Deliver projects in different engagement pricing in a global delivery model Create opportunities for organic growth within the assigned portfolios
Provide thought leadership to create business value for the client Participate in estimation and scoping sessions
Drive presales effort and solutions demos with perspective clients
Ensure delivery and contractual compliance across the portfolio People management for other onsite leads and senior team members based at the client locations
Manage client escalations and collaborate with the Account Manager to negotiate with clients Implement best practices for managing expectations at all levels within LTIM and the client organization reporting communication protocols transparency risks dependencies and accountability matrix.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
15 plus years of experience in providing program management and Engagement Management
Prior experience in leading digital transformation initiatives is a plus Experience in delivering large and complex multi years global programs
Knowledge of project management methodologies and flexible approach to their application Proven track record of working with offshore teams to deliver multiple projects running in parallel
Strong understanding of cross dependencies in large technical programs
Expertise in managing stakeholders and in an onsite offshore model Experience in best practices and platforms prevalent in the areas of Digital Data Analytics Cloud etc
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to develop maintain relationships at all levels of the client organization
Ability to perform the role of a trusted advisor for client initiatives
